Oyinade Famuyiwa is a clinician and healthcare operator with expertise spanning patient care, claims management, and payment integrity. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Maryland and began her career providing direct patient care in various clinical practice settings, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges of care delivery.
She later advanced into leadership at Aegis Health Services, a healthcare startup, where she served as Clinical Pharmacist and Regional Manager of Clinical Services, overseeing clinical program delivery and compliance, documentation quality, and claims accuracy. This experience sharpened her ability to connect frontline care with the operational and financial integrity of health systems.
As a founding team member of Alaffia Health, Oyinade has been instrumental in shaping the company’s AI-powered payment integrity platform and service model. She brings critical provider insight to audit design, grounding it in clinical practice, billing accuracy, and regulatory standards. By leveraging her expertise in claims management and compliance, alongside a deep understanding of documentation and coding vulnerabilities, she fuels Alaffia’s ability to combat fraud, waste, and abuse at scale.
Today, as Vice President of Payment Integrity Operations, Oyinade leads the company’s claim review strategy and execution, delivering defensible, scalable solutions that enhance payer performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and generate tens of millions of dollars in savings for health plan clients nationwide.

Ron Jones is the Vice President of Claims Solutions at Alaffia Health, a leading Healthtech company leveraging AI to streamline healthcare claims processing. With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Ron is a seasoned executive known for his expertise in payment integrity, claims editing, clinical chart review, and coordination of benefits. At Alaffia, he spearheads the strategy and development of agentic AI solutions, including the innovative Autodor platform, which enhances workflow efficiency for health plan claims teams.
Ron’s leadership has been instrumental in driving significant cost savings, with a track record of helping health plans achieve over $1 billion in medical cost reductions. His strategic vision and deep understanding of healthcare operations have positioned him as a trusted leader in implementing cutting-edge AI technologies to optimize claims management and reduce administrative waste. Prior to joining Alaffia, Ron held leadership roles at organizations such as ClaimLogiq, MultiPlan, Cotiviti, Connolly, The Rawlings Group, and GE Financial Services, where he honed his skills in product innovation, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.

With over 21 years of experience in the Spa & Wellness Industry. Emmanuel is a seasoned professional with a background in Luxury hospitality, who has collaborated with some of the Hotel Leading Groups, opening & operating Spas across North America, Caribbean & Europe.
Emmanuel started his hospitality career with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts (FHRI) occupying Spa leadership roles in different locations and then recruited by Hilton (HWW) to operate the Spa & Leisure division in one of their Top resort locations, consecutively joining the team at the award-winning Rosewood Mayakoba.
Following his tenure with Rosewood, he served as Regional Director of Spa & Wellness, supporting operations across the Americas & Europe as well as pre-opening in locations such as Mexico, Montecito-California, Bahamas, Hong Kong, Saint Barts & Vienna. Specialized in building a culture based of wellbeing, he has spearheaded companywide initiatives such as Global Wellness Day to continue strengthening the brand positioning in Wellness.
Lately, he was appointed as Senior Director of Wellness Global Operations, managing a portfolio of 31 Ultra lux Properties and successfully completed openings in Kona-Hawaii, Munich, New Zealand, Sao Paolo & Salzburg as well as supporting the future opening of +10 more Spas across the globe.
Additionally, Emmanuel is an active front-runner in the Spa industry, supporting as panelist in various industry conventions and served as part of the Board of Directors of the Global Mentorship Program, an international initiative of the Global Wellness Institute (GWI).
Emmanuel has a formation in Tourism & Hospitality by Concordia University in Montreal and is certified in Spa Management by La Salle College. He fluently speaks Spanish, English & French and lives happily married with his wife Cinthya and their three children, Valeria, Leonardo & Fatima.
